SLABS.lt offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this website to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, rules and notices contained herein.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing anything from us, you are using our Service and agree to be bound by these terms (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Website.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all of the terms of this agreement, you may not access the Site or use any of the Services.

Any new features or tools that are added to your current store are also subject to the Terms of Service. You can view the latest version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes on our website. You must periodically check this page for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on WordPress. They provide us with online email. a trading platform that allows you to sell your products and services.

SECTION 1 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) are a legal document binding on the parties, which determine the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for the purchase and payment of goods, the procedure for the delivery and return of goods, the responsibilities of the parties and others related to the purchase – sale of goods provisions related to the “SLABS.lt” online store.

1.2. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that he agrees with these Rules.

1.3. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, after creating a shopping cart in the online store, specifying the delivery address, choosing the payment method and familiarizing himself with the Rules, clicks the “Buy” button.

SECTION 2 – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

2.1. When ordering goods in the “SLABS.lt” online store, the buyer must provide the data requested at the time of purchase: name, surname, address and e-mail address.

2.2. The buyer is responsible for providing correct data at the time of purchase.

2.3. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided by him will be processed for the purposes of fulfilling the order. The Buyer also agrees that the e-mail specified by the Buyer informational messages necessary to fulfill the order of goods would be sent to the e-mail address.

2.4 The Buyer’s personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only if the Buyer himself expresses his consent.

2.5 The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except when required by the competent State institution in the cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or with the separate written consent of the Buyer.

SECTION 3 – BUYER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and to accept them.

3.2 Provide complete, detailed and correct information in the settlement form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false or misleading data in the payment form, “SLABS.lt” has the right to cancel the Buyer’s registration and delete the data.

3.2. In the event of a change in the Buyer’s data provided in the purchase form, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.

3.3. The buyer has the right to refuse the contract of purchase and sale of goods, in accordance with the provisions set out in the Rules for Returning Goods.

3.4. By placing an order in the “SLABS.lt” online store, the buyer agrees to these Purchase and Sale Rules and undertakes to comply with them and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

SECTION 4 – SELLER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

4.1. The seller undertakes to create all conditions for the buyer to properly use the services provided by the “SLABS.lt” online store.

4.2. If the Buyer tries to harm the stability and security of the online store or violates his obligations, the Seller has the right to limit, suspend or cancel the Buyer’s access to the online store immediately and without warning.

4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s privacy right to the Buyer’s personal information specified in the purchase form and will not transfer it to third parties.

4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.

4.5. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely terminate the operation of the online store without notifying the Buyer in advance.

4.6. The Seller may unilaterally change the terms of these Rules

4.7 If the Buyer uses the services provided by “SLABS.lt” after the changes to these conditions, it is considered that the Buyer has agreed to the change in the Rules.

SECTION 5 – ORDERING GOODS, PRICES, PAYMENT PROCEDURE, DEADLINES.

5.1. In the online store, the Buyer can buy online 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. per day.

5.2. Orders are accepted only using the “SLABS.lt” online store.

5.3. All product prices in the online store are indicated in euros, including VAT.

5.4. The buyer undertakes to pay for the order within 2 (two) calendar days from the day of order confirmation. The package starts to be prepared only after receiving the payment for the goods.

5.5. If the buyer does not make the payment within 2 calendar days, the order is cancelled.

SECTION 6 – DELIVERY OF GOODS

6.1. The buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.

6.2. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.

6.3. Goods are usually sent to the Buyer within 1-3 working days from the confirmation of payment. If the deadline for sending the goods is expected to be longer, then the Buyer is immediately informed.

6.4. In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for non-compliance with the terms of delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the Buyer’s fault or due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

6.5. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is received in damaged packaging, if the shipment contains unordered goods or the wrong quantity of them, incomplete product package.

6.6. The buyer must email provide the Seller with photos of the damaged package and/or item(s) by mail.

6.7. When sending goods abroad, shipping rates may vary. The Buyer is informed immediately.

SECTION 7 – QUALITY OF GOODS AND WARRANTIES

7.1. All the data of the goods sold in the “SLABS.lt” online store are indicated in the product description attached to each product.

7.2. The quantities of goods shown in the store in the photos are not always related to the price of the product – the price of more than one unit of the product may be shown. Measurement units are specified in the product description. The color of the goods may vary slightly depending on the monitor used by the Buyer.

7.3. The seller can provide an appropriate quality guarantee for individual types of goods, the specific term and other conditions of which are specified in the product description.

SECTION 8 – MARKETING AND INFORMATION

8.1. The seller can organize various promotions and offers in the “SLABS.lt” online store.

8.2. The seller has the right unilaterally, without separate notice, to change the conditions of the shares, as well as to cancel them. Any change or cancellation of the terms and conditions of the shares shall be effective from the moment of their change or cancellation.

8.3. The Seller sends notifications to the Buyer to the e-mail address specified in the Buyer’s purchase form.

8.4. The Buyer sends all messages and questions to the Seller’s e-mail. with the contacts specified in the “Contacts” section of the store.

8.5. The seller is not responsible if the buyer does not receive information or confirmation messages sent due to internet connection, e-mail service provider network failures, messages falling into the SPAM directory, or due to incorrect data specified by the buyer.

8.6 The buyer’s personal data may be processed for marketing purposes under the conditions specified in point 2.4 of these Rules.

SECTION 9 – FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1. These Rules for the purchase and sale of goods are drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

9.2. These rules are subject to the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If it is not possible to reach an agreement, disagreements are resolved according to the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
